Job summary

Kinetic in Melbourne is seeking a Workday Product Owner to steer the platform's long-term direction, roadmap and lifecycle across Australia and New Zealand. You will ensure the system stays sustainable, secure and ready to support growth, while aligning with broader technology strategies.

Joining our HR Systems team, you’ll partner with business, technology and vendor teams to deliver Phase 2, expanding modules such as Recruitment, Learning and Advanced Compensation, and manage governance,

Qualifications

Extensive functional experience as Workday product/platform owner in a complex environment.
Experience supporting Workday implementation and transition to BAU/lifecycle management.
Ability to collaborate with Architecture, Integration and Security teams on platform decisions.

Responsibilities

Own the strategy and evolution of the Workday platform (Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits; Phase 2 modules).
Define and maintain the Workday roadmap aligned with business/tech strategy.
Provide expert guidance on Workday functionality, configuration and best practices.
Evaluate new releases and emerging technologies to improve performance and user experience.
Coordinate with Architecture, Integration, Security and Technology teams to ensure enterprise alignment.
