Qualificações

• Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition, People Operations or Employee Lifecycle teams.
• Experience improving end-to-end processes with automation.
• Strong stakeholder management and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with HR systems; Workday highly regarded.
• Qualifications in HR, Business or related discipline.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Recruitment and People Operations across the full employee lifecycle, delivering an exceptional experience.
• Build and develop a high-performing, service-focused team.
• Drive continuous improvement across recruitment and people processes.
• Champion Workday, automation and AI to improve efficiency.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve lifecycle processes.
