Job summary

Kinetic is seeking a Workday Product Owner to guide the long-term direction of its Workday platform across Australia and New Zealand. You will own the roadmap, lifecycle, and health of the system, and lead Phase 2 delivery with additional modules to support operations.

You will partner with business, technology and vendor teams to ensure Workday aligns with Kinetic's architecture and operating model while enabling scalable processes and governance across HR functions.

Qualifications

• Extensive Workday functional experience in a complex environment.
• Experience supporting Workday implementation and BAU lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and evolution of the Workday platform, including Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits and upcoming modules.
• Define and maintain the Workday platform roadmap aligned with business and technology strategy.
• Provide expert guidance on Workday functionality, configuration, and best practices.
• Collaborate with Architecture, Integration, Security and Technology teams to maintain enterprise standards.
