Job summary

• Proven ability to lead and develop high‑performing teams.
• Deep understanding of HRIS configuration, governance and system releases.

• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic product workstreams.
• Experience leading roadmaps, release management and digital transformation.
• Strong commercial acumen with analytical and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication to translate technical concepts into business outcomes.
