Job summary

Qantas Group is seeking a Technical Product Owner in Airline Operations to lead technology transformation across crew planning, rostering and data enablement for workforce planning, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape the roadmaps and ensure alignment with business strategy.

You will own end-to-end delivery across legacy modernization and new AI/automation opportunities, guiding roadmaps and managing suppliers while delivering value for customers and operations within a large-scale

Qualifications

7–10 years' experience as a senior IT business partner or IT manager with end-to-end delivery responsibility.
Experience within Airline Operations preferred.
Experience with legacy modernization in critical sectors (e.g., airlines, defence, healthcare) preferred.
Expert stakeholder management across business and technical functions, building and maintaining trusted relationships.
Strong commercial acumen, supplier management skills.
Effective stakeholder management across Qantas business units and external vendors.
Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent product outcomes, aligned with the technology strategy.
