Qantas, a leading Australian airline, is seeking a Product Manager - Workday based in Mascot, Sydney, on a fixed-term contract through May 2028. You will be the Product Lead for Workday across the Qantas Group, partnering with People, IT, Finance and business units to ensure scalable, integrated HR technology.

As a Product Manager - Workday, you'll be the Product Lead for Workday across the Qantas Group, partnering with stakeholders across People, IT, Finance and the broader business to ensure our people technology platforms remain effective, scalable and aligned to business needs. You'll oversee product roadmaps, prioritise enhancements, lead release management activities and ensure operational excellence across our core HR technology landscape. You'll also lead a small team of specialists responsible for product support, configuration, governance and continuous improvement.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring deep Workday expertise, strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance strategic product development with operational delivery. You'll act as a trusted advisor across the organisation, helping shape the future of our people technology ecosystem while ensuring day-to-day platform stability and a seamless employee experience. You'll work across a broad range of people processes including payroll, remuneration and core HR functionality, while leading platform enhancements that deliver meaningful value for the business.
