Qantas Airways is seeking a Technical Product Owner to drive technology transformation at the heart of our frontline operations. You will be the single point of accountability for products, platforms, and services powering airport and cabin crew experiences, from employee-facing apps to core backend systems and integrations.

Qualifications

7–10 years' experience in senior IT business partner and/or IT manager roles managing a portfolio of business-facing applications.
Excellent stakeholder management across business and technical functions.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly.
Strong financial management and commercial acumen.

Responsibilities

Drive technology transformation and deliver outcome-focused roadmaps for frontline operations.
Own products, platforms, and services from employee-facing experiences to backend integrations.
Collaborate with multiple delivery teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders to remove friction and enable exceptional customer experiences.
