Job summary

Qantas, a leading Australian airline, is seeking a Product Manager - Workday based in Mascot, Sydney, on a fixed-term contract through May 2028. You will be the Product Lead for Workday across the Qantas Group, partnering with People, IT, Finance and business units to ensure scalable, integrated HR technology.

You'll own the product roadmap, prioritise enhancements, manage releases and mentor a small team responsible for configuration, governance and continuous improvement across our core HR

Qualifications

• Significant Workday experience with product ownership and governance.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across HR, IT and Finance.
• Deep understanding of HRIS configuration, governance, and releases.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday product strategy, roadmap and evolution across the Qantas Group.
• Partner with People, IT, Finance and business units to ensure scalable HR tech.
