Cognizant is seeking a Principal Consultant to bridge business and technical teams during Workday HCM implementations in Perth. You will guide clients through design, configuration, testing, and transition to a new system while coordinating with integration and payroll partners.

Ideal candidates have Workday certifications and 2+ years of implementation experience, with 2-5 years in HR/ERP software. This role offers global exposure and opportunities to lead initiatives within Cognizant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/HRIS or related field is required.
• Certification in Workday HCM, Recruiting, Learning or Talent is required.
• 2+ years of Workday implementation experience preferred.
• 2-5 years in HR, Payroll, or financial software is required.
• 2-5 years implementing ERP/SaaS solutions is preferred.
• Experience gathering business requirements and prototyping under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Bridge business and technical teams during Workday HCM implementations.
• Guide design sessions, configurations, testing, and deployments.
• Lead customer sessions and ensure smooth data migration between tenants.
• Collaborate with integration teams for Workday payroll and benefits.
• Take leadership roles on projects or as Lead/DA Reviewer.
