Cognizant Australia is seeking a Principal Consultant to bridge business and technical teams on complex Workday HCM implementations. You will guide transformation, configuration, testing, and operation, ensuring successful delivery across design sessions, data migration, and integrations.

You will lead client engagements, shape solutions within budgets and timelines, and mentor teams through all project phases.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR/HRIS or related field required.
• Certification in Workday HCM, Workday Recruiting, Workday Learning or Workday Talent.
• 2+ years of Workday implementation experiences, highly desired.
• 2-5 years HR, Payroll, or financial software experience, required.
• 2-5 years implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software, highly desired.
• Experience gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Become a Workday Learning, Recruiting and Talent product expert with knowledge of design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Recommend best solution based on client’s requirements, budget, and timeframe; adapt scope as needed.
• Guide clients through design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices and client requirements.
• Engage and support the client through all project phases, ensuring smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday HCM.
• Perform multiple tasks under limited direction, keeping client and team updated on progress.
• Work with the integration team to configure and test Workday integrations with payroll and benefits providers.
• Willingness to lead projects or act as Collaborative/WorkdayProduct Partner Lead and/or DA Reviewer.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise loading customer data, moving configuration tenant-to-tenant, and configuring business processes and security.
• Use data conversion templates to convert and map data sources.
