Cognizant is seeking a Principal Consultant to bridge business and technical teams on Workday HCM implementations in Sydney. You will guide design, configuration, testing, and deployment across compensation modules and talent solutions.

You will mentor project teams, engage with clients through all project phases, and ensure smooth transitions from legacy systems. Strong communication and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Certification in Workday HCM and Core/Advanced Compensation.
• 5+ years of Workday HCM implementation experience.
• 5+ years HR, Payroll, or Financial software experience.
• Experience leading projects and mentoring others.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Bridge business and technical teams to solve Workday intersystem problems.
• Guide clients through design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Lead facilitated design sessions and decisions based on best practices.
• Ensure smooth data transfer from legacy systems to Workday HCM.
• Manage multiple tasks and keep stakeholders updated on progress.
• Willing to lead as a Collaborative or WorkdayProduct Partner Lead.
• Demonstrate hands-on expertise with data loading and tenant configuration.
