Job summary

Borg Group in Australia is seeking an experienced HRIS Specialist to support the implementation, optimisation and ongoing administration of Workday across the business. You will work closely with the HRIS Lead to configure, maintain, and enhance the platform while ensuring data quality and effective reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven HRIS experience with hands‑on Workday administration or implementation exposure.

Responsibilities

• Support Workday implementation activities from requirements gathering and configuration through to testing, go-live and post‑implementation support.
• Maintain Workday business processes, organisational structures, positions, jobs, locations, cost centres and security assignments.
• Support data cleansing, migration, validation and reconciliation, ensuring accurate and reliable workforce data.
• Create and maintain Workday reports, dashboards and calculated fields to support HR and business requirements.
• Monitor integrations with connected systems including ADP, UKG/Kronos, Microsoft Entra ID and learning platforms.
