You will lead BPMN process modelling, assess integrations and data quality, and collaborate with stakeholders across business and technology teams.

This temporary role offers exposure to a high-profile enterprise transformation within the property sector, from discovery to go-live and hypercare.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of Workday business processes and capabilities.
• Experience with BPMN process modelling and optimisation.
• Excellent elicitation, documentation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience assessing integrations, data quality and remediation needs.
• Proven experience supporting testing, deployment, go-live and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Partner with project leadership to define Workday scope and delivery requirements.
• Lead BPMN business process mapping across end-to-end HR processes.
• Assess integration, interface and data impacts across HR tech.
• Facilitate workshops and gather business, functional, technical and data needs.
• Translate requirements into Workday config and solution design outputs.
• Support testing, UAT, cutover and go-live activities.
• Provide functional support during hypercare and transition knowledge to operations.
