Job summary

VML is a global creative company within the WPP network, focused on Workday HRIS optimisation across Australia. As a part-time, fixed-term People Coordinator, you will manage Workday administration, maintain high-quality employee data, and streamline HR processes for the Australia team.

You will collaborate with the People & Culture group to improve data integrity, reporting, and automation, while supporting HR workflows and system updates.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or People Operations.
• Hands-on Workday experience including data, workflows, reporting.
• Strong data management and Excel skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Administer and optimise Workday with accurate employee data and efficient HR processes.
• Manage Workday transactions across the employee lifecycle (onboarding, changes, offboarding).
• Maintain data integrity, reporting, audits and compliance requirements.
• Support Workday workflows, configuration, user access and system updates.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities to improve HR processes and automation.
• Maintain Workday documentation and support system training and adoption.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding and performance cycles.
• Support broader People & Culture activities across VML Australia.
