Cognizant in Australia seeks a Principal Consultant to bridge business and technical teams on Workday HCM implementations, including Core/Advanced Compensation and Talent modules. You will guide clients through transformation, design, configuration, testing and operation, ensuring solutions meet requirements, budget and timelines.

Lead facilitated design sessions, mentor consultants, and oversee multi-phase projects while managing data migration, security, and tenant moves.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
Certification in Workday HCM, Core Compensation, Advanced Compensation or Talent.
5+ years of Workday HCM functional implementation experience required.
5 years Human Resources, Payroll, or Financial software experience, required.
5 years implementing functional solutions with ERP or SaaS software, highly desired.
Experience gathering business requirements, designing and prototyping, testing and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines.
Demonstrated functional experience in Human Resources, Payroll, or Financials Management.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint programs.

Responsabilidades

Bridge the gap between business and technical teams on Workday intersystem problems.
Guide clients through transformation, implementation, and operation phases of a Workday HCM implementation.
Become a Workday HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation or Talent expert with design, configuration, testing and implementation knowledge.
Recommend best solutions based on client requirements, budget and timeframe; adapt scope as needed.
Lead facilitated design sessions and configuration decisions based on best practices.
Engage and support the client through all project phases, ensuring a smooth transfer from legacy systems to Workday HCM.
Perform multiple tasks under limited direction; keep client, project team and Engagement Manager updated on progress.
Lead and mentor other Consultants; take a leadership position as Collaborative or Workday Product Partner Lead.
Show hands-on expertise: load customer data, move configuration tenant-to-tenant, configure business processes and security.
