Norths Cammeray, part of Norths Collective, is seeking a motivated Wok Cook with at least 2 years of experience in a fast-paced Asian kitchen. You will be responsible for the preparation, cooking and presentation of food, while maintaining portions and stock control to optimise costs.

Join a dynamic club group including The Greens North Sydney and others, with a focus on community, health and fitness initiatives.

Qualificações

• At least 2 years of experience at the Wok station.
• Understanding strict health and hygiene standards and WHS legislation.
• Experience in food quality control.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing the preparation, cooking and presentation of food.
• Maintaining proper portion and stock control to keep food costs down.
• Maintaining clean and orderly workspaces
• Upholding the highest level of hygiene and food safety as per guidelines and club policies
• Actively supporting Work, Health and Safety compliance activities
• Clear communication with team and stakeholders
• Training junior kitchen team members and following Norths Collective training policies
