Sunnybank Rugby Union Club is seeking a casual Wok Chef to join Sunset Restaurant Team. Reporting to the Head Chef, you will craft superb Asian dishes for members and guests, with weekend and holiday availability a must.

Ideal candidates bring wok expertise, strong knife skills and food safety knowledge to a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment. You will work alongside a skilled kitchen team, maintain hygiene standards, and contribute to a lively, professional culture.

Qualifications

• Proven wok cooking experience
• Strong knife skills and professional cooking techniques
• Good knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to work calmly under pressure
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Responsabilités

• Deliver consistent high-quality food preparation and presentation
• Set up, maintain and break down workstation
• Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specs
• Uphold high standards of food safety and kitchen hygiene
