Job summary

Lovisa is seeking a pragmatic Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) Manager to lead our global distribution tech stack, with a focus on Infor WMS. You'll drive stability, security, and continuous improvement across the WMS and integrations, partnering with warehouse operations, IT, and external partners.

As the senior technical authority, you'll mentor a team of specialists, manage incidents, and deliver upgrades and new functionality to keep Lovisa's distribution centres running smoothly across

Qualifications

• Experience supporting WMS in a complex enterprise environment.
• Proven leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
• Experience working across application support, infrastructure, development, and project teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset and the ability to support teams across different regions and time zones.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day support and ongoing enhancement of Lovisa's WMS.
• Provide expert Level 3 support and serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Manage the performance, security, availability, and integrity of WMS applications and integrations.
• Partner with warehouse operations and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and system improvement.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and project teams to deliver upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Infor WMS, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
• Drive best practice incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
• Mentor and develop a team of support specialists while fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
