About The Role

Reporting to the Enterprise Applications Manager, you'll lead a team of specialists responsible for the support, maintenance, and optimisation of Lovisa's WMS, with a primary focus on Infor WMS.

You'll act as the senior technical authority for warehouse applications, overseeing system stability, integrations, incident management, continuous improvement initiatives, and stakeholder engagement across multiple regions. Working closely with warehouse operations, IT teams, and external partners, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our distribution centres operate efficiently and without disruption.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead the day-to-day support and ongoing enhancement of Lovisa's WMS.
• Provide expert Level 3 support and serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Manage the performance, security, availability, and integrity of WMS applications and integrations.
• Partner with warehouse operations and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and system improvement.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and project teams to deliver upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Infor WMS, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
• Drive best practice incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
• Mentor and develop a team of support specialists while fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to key enterprise initiatives that support Lovisa's continued global growth.
