Job summary

Lovisa is seeking a WMS Team Lead in Melbourne to lead the ongoing support, maintenance and optimisation of the Infor WMS across Lovisa's distribution network. You will oversee incident management, system stability, and integrations while guiding a team of specialists and coordinating with operations, IT and partners.

The role requires strong leadership, deep WMS expertise, and a customer-focused mindset to deliver reliable warehouse operations across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting WMS in a complex enterprise environment.
• Proven people leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis.
• Experience working across application support, infrastructure, development, and project teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• A customer-focused mindset and the ability to support teams across different regions and time zones.
• Experience maintaining technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base content.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day support and ongoing enhancement of Lovisa's WMS.
• Provide expert Level 3 support and serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues.
• Manage the performance, security, availability, and integrity of WMS applications and integrations.
• Partner with warehouse operations and business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process and system improvement.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and project teams to deliver upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality.
• Ensure seamless data flow between Infor WMS, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.
• Drive best practice incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous service improvement.
• Mentor and develop a team of support specialists while fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to key enterprise initiatives that support Lovisa's continued global growth.
