Lovisa Pty Ltd is seeking a WMS Team Lead to drive stability, security, and continuous improvement across Lovisa's warehouse management systems, with a primary focus on Infor WMS. This hands-on leadership role requires technical excellence, stakeholder collaboration, and a passion for operational excellence across regional distribution centres.

You will lead a team of specialists, coordinate with warehouse operations, IT, and external partners, and ensure seamless data flow and incident

Qualifications

• Experience supporting WMS in a complex enterprise environment.
• Proven people leadership experience and the ability to develop high-performing teams.
• Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day support and ongoing enhancements of Lovisa's WMS.
• Provide Level 3 support and act as escalation point for complex issues.
• Oversee security, availability, integrity, and integrations of WMS applications.
• Collaborate with warehouse operations and IT to identify process and system improvements.
• Deliver upgrades, enhancements, and new functionality with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure data flow between Infor WMS, enterprise apps, and third-party systems.
• Drive incident management and continuous service improvement.
• Mentor a team of support specialists and foster knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to enterprise initiatives supporting Lovisa's global growth.
