Qualifications

• Fluent English and Australian work rights are required.
• Premium dining experience and POS proficiency are essential.
• RSA certification and hospitality education are preferred.
• Ability to build rapport and remember guests with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage your section during service to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Prepare the restaurant for service with a fully set, stocked section.
• Provide menu recommendations and explain dishes and concepts.
• Offer food and beverage pairing suggestions to guests.
• Accurately take and manage orders using the POS system.
• Check dietary requirements and communicate with FOH/BOH.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure bill accuracy and process cash and card payments.
