Job summary

Vineria Luisa Pty Ltd in Enmore, NSW is seeking an experienced Sommelier / Wine Waiter to join our premium Italian restaurant and wine bar. The role starts casual with full-time opportunities for the right candidate, delivering wine and beverage service and wine pairing recommendations.

You will maintain knowledge of the wine list, assist with stock, use POS systems, and work with front-of-house to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Experience as Sommelier or Wine Waiter in premium dining venues.
• Solid knowledge of wine regions and wine pairings.
• RSA certification and hospitality duties compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional wine and beverage service to guests.
• Recommend and execute food and wine pairings.
• Assist guests with wine selections and beverage recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of wine list, beverage menu, and offerings.
• Process orders accurately using POS systems.
• Support FOH staff during service and assist with stock rotation.
