Job summary

St Maur Wines in the NSW Southern Highlands is seeking an engaging, organised person to coordinate our cellar door, wine club and day-to-day marketing activities. This hands-on role would suit someone from hospitality, tourism, premium retail, events, customer service or marketing who enjoys working with people and has an interest in wine.

You will work with management and external marketing resources to implement a marketing program and support wine club memberships, orders and tastings,

Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in hospitality, retail, events or marketing preferred.
• Comfort with digital platforms and creating content.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes cellar door visitors and conducts wine tastings.
• Coordinates memberships, communications, orders and wine releases.
• Creates social media, email and website content and responds to online enquiries.
• Supports wine club events and special tastings.
• Reconciles accounts and assists with reporting.
