Job summary

Naked Wines is seeking a motivated Customer Engagement Specialist in Australia to drive personalised conversations, understand wine-buying preferences, and place bespoke orders that match customer tastes.

You will focus on delivering exceptional service, managing outbound calls to hit targets, and supporting the Customer Happiness Team as needed, while enjoying a monthly wine allowance and a commission-based earnings structure.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering outstanding customer service and building trust with customers.
• Ability to make outbound calls and manage a pipeline to hit targets.
• Proven track record of meeting qualitative and quantitative performance goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills and active listening.
• Flexible and able to adapt to changing priorities and goals.

Responsibilities

• Adding value to our customers’ experiences with personalised conversations to understand wine‑buying preferences and placing bespoke orders.
• Helping to build customer trust by delivering exemplary levels of service and strengthening relationships.
• Managing time effectively to make outbound calls, and to achieve work rate and sales targets.
• Acting as eyes and ears of the business, spotting trends and communicating issues and improvements.
• Processing customer orders.
• Improving product knowledge and advising customers on purchases.
• Delivering exemplary levels of customer service at all times.
• Supporting the Customer Happiness Team with inbound customer contacts by exception.
