About the Role
We're looking for an experienced and passionate Area Sales Manager to drive the growth of our on-premise business and retail
This is a relationship-first sales role where you'll manage an established portfolio of hospitality and retail customers while identifying new opportunities across restaurants, bars, hotels and premium venues. You'll become a trusted advisor to your customers, working closely with owners, managers and sommeliers to showcase our exceptional portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow a portfolio of retail and on-premise customers
Develop new business opportunities across retail restaurants, bars, hotels, clubs and premium hospitality venues.
Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
Present our wine portfolio through tastings, menu presentations and product education.
Work with customers to help them drive their sales which in turn will increase sales and profitability.
Execute sales plans and achieve agreed sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records and proactively manage your sales pipeline.
About You
Proven sales experience within the wine, beverage or hospitality industry.
Existing relationships within the on-premise hospitality sector will be highly regarded.
Strong wine knowledge, with WSET or similar qualifications viewed favorably.
A genuine passion for premium wines and boutique producers.
Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
Commercially minded with the ability to identify growth opportunities.
Self-motivated, organized and comfortable working autonomously.
Current driver's license.
