Vestas in Australia is seeking a Site Manager to lead site construction management for the Lotus Creek Wind Farm. You will oversee safety, quality, schedule, and delivery, coordinating with the customer, subcontractors and internal teams in a dynamic wind energy environment across a remote site.

This role requires strong leadership, risk control, cost awareness and hands‑on involvement, with opportunities for professional development, global exposure and a long‑term career path within Vestas.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in site construction management with at least 5 years experience.
• Experience managing general site administrative directions and support.
• Intermediate IT skills, e.g. MS Office, MS Project.
• Wind Industry experience highly regarded and strong people management skills.
• Cost awareness and customer orientation; capable of leading teams on large projects.

• Maintain site safety to highest standards.
• Ensure achievement of highest quality levels on site.
• Maintain good working relationships with the customer, subcontractors, and stakeholders.
• Resourcing and staff management.
• Analyse, manage and mitigate risk.
