Job summary

Vestas is seeking a Site Supervisor - Installation to join the construction team in Australia. You will oversee day-to-day Site Installation planning, lead and coordinate WTG installation activities, and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

You will work with subcontractors to deliver on project schedules, manage inventories, and conduct final walk-downs of turbines, maintaining thorough documentation and NCR handling.

Qualifications

• Craneage/heavy lifting experience and lifting plans.
• Demonstrated continuous improvement methodology.
• Proven leadership and construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage material coordination and ensure tool/subcontractor readiness.
• Implement site-specific Vestas Quality Control Plan.
• Inspect installations for compliance with work instructions and specs.
• Coordinate rigging, loading/unloading and site prep.
• Perform inventories of tools, site parts and consumables.
