Australian Sports Commission in Sydney is seeking a Work Health Safety (WHS) Advisor to lead safety, psychosocial safety and wellbeing initiatives. You will manage programs, monitor effectiveness and provide specialist guidance to leaders and staff across the ASC.

The role focuses on risk identification, control improvements and practical solutions for safe, healthy workplaces. On-going permanent position with flexible arrangements and professional development opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Required WHS qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in workplace safety, wellbeing, injury management or psychosocial risk.
• Ability to analyse risks and workforce information to identify trends.
• Strong advisory skills with leaders and employees.
• Knowledge of WHS legislation and contemporary safety practices.

• Lead development and continuous improvement of safety, wellbeing and prevention initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to identify risks, strengthen controls and implement solutions.
