Hanwha Defence Australia is seeking a WHS Advisor to support our Avalon manufacturing facility and Melbourne CBD office. You will promote health and safety, implement policies and procedures, and ensure compliance across multiple work settings.

You will collaborate with management and staff to maintain safe working conditions, identify hazards, conduct risk assessments, and drive continuous safety improvements in alignment with regulatory standards.

We have a great opportunity to step into HDA as a WHS Advisor to work between our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Avalon and our Melbourne CBD Office.

You will play a critical role in ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all employees within the organisation. This role involves implementing and maintaining effective health and safety systems, policies, and procedures to minimize risks and hazards across various work settings. You will collaborate with management, employees, and relevant stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and compliance with regulatory standards.
