Job summary

Peninsula is seeking a highly skilled SME with a strong focus on Health & Safety to join our Content team in Australia. You will oversee creation, accuracy, and quality of H&S content ensuring it is legally sound and commercially relevant for our diverse client base.

You will shape our content strategy and help Peninsula remain a leading voice in providing expert WHS guidance, with responsibilities spanning from content development to staying current with Australian WHS laws.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in H&S content creation and editing
• Experience advising on or researching Australian Workplace Health & Safety
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading with keen attention to detail
• Able to translate complex legal information into clear, accessible language for non-legal audiences
• Cert IV or Diploma in WHS (essential)
• Law degree (LLB or equivalent) highly regarded

We are seeking a highly skilled SME with a strong focus on Health & Safety to join our dynamic and growing Content team in Australia. This is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the creation, accuracy, and quality of our H&S content. You will ensure it is legally sound, commercially relevant and easily understandable for our diverse client base.

You will be instrumental in shaping our content strategy and ensuring Peninsula remains a leading voice in providing expert WHS guidance.

What you’ll be doing:

• Write and develop technical H&S content. Bringing flare and creativity, you will ensure the content is tailored and engaging to a range of audiences
• Actively reviewing legislative changes across the Australian H&S landscape, developing content plans to address them.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, ensuring quality & accuracy of all H&S Content.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Australian Workplace Health & Safety Laws

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years experience in H&S content creation and editing
• Prior experience advising on or researching Australian Workplace Health & Safety.
• Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to translate complex legal information into clear, concise and accessible language for a non-legal audience.
• Cert IV or Diploma in WHS (essential)
• Tertiary qualification in Law (LLB or equivalent) would be highly regarded.
