Job summary

Peninsula is seeking an experienced employment lawyer (4+ PQE) for a part-time, front-line role. You will advise and represent clients in Federal and State courts, run matters end-to-end, and provide practical commercial advice to business owners. Qualifications

• 2+ PQE in Employment law
• Unrestricted practising certificate
• Litigation experience and confidence dealing with clients

Responsibilities

• Advise and represent clients across Federal and State courts, tribunals and commissions
• Run matters end-to-end with support from experienced leaders
• Deliver practical, commercial advice to business owners and decision-makers
