Job summary

Department of Education, Western Australia is seeking a Systems Support Officer to assist with administration, support and enhancement of WHS systems across schools and services. You will work with system users, subject matter experts and project teams to ensure reliable, user-friendly solutions aligned with business needs.

The role covers system configuration, testing, user support, training material development, reporting and data quality activities, with ongoing improvements and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business applications and enterprise systems.
• Experience with training delivery and developing user guidance materials.
• Ability to work with stakeholders and manage change initiatives.
• Willingness to contribute to large-scale organisational transformation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration, support and enhancement of WHS systems.
• Perform system configuration and testing, provide user support, and develop training and guidance materials.
• Support reporting, data quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders across schools and central services to implement and use WHS systems.
