Levyl is seeking a Work Health & Safety Manager to own the safety function across its Australian operations. You will develop and deliver a multi-site WHS strategy, drive ISO 45001 implementation, manage injury and return-to-work programs, and lead investigations.

You will also champion psychosocial risk management and ensure NSW WHS compliance. This onsite role requires five days a week in the office, collaborating with the Chief People Officer and senior leaders to embed a proactive safety

Qualificações

• Diploma in Work Health & Safety or higher.
• Experience developing WHS strategies and managing systems aligned to ISO 45001.
• Experience navigating NSW WHS legislation including psychosocial risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Develop a multi-year WHS strategy with measurable safety improvements.
• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of WHS management systems aligned to ISO 45001.
• Identify, assess and mitigate operational risks across manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.
• Drive psychosocial risk management in partnership with People & Culture.
• Lead incident investigations, site inspections, and risk assessments with effective corrective actions.
• Oversee injury management, workers' compensation, and return-to-work programs.
• Provide WHS insights and recommendations to senior leaders for informed decisions.
• Lead WHS consultation, safety committees, training and leadership coaching.
