Job summary

Levyl Pty Ltd in Sydney's Western Suburbs seeks a Work Health & Safety Manager to own the safety function across multi-site operations, delivering strategy, risk mitigation, compliance and injury management.

You will lead WHS systems aligned to ISO 45001, drive continuous improvement, influence leaders, and embed a proactive safety culture with hands-on engagement on the factory floor.

Qualifications

• Senior or management-level WHS experience in FMCG/food manufacturing.
• Diploma in Work Health & Safety or higher.
• Knowledge of NSW WHS legislation and psychosocial risk management.

Responsibilities

• Develop multi-year WHS strategy and drive measurable improvements.
• Lead implementation of WHS management systems aligned to ISO 45001.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks across manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.
• Lead incident investigations, workplace inspections and risk assessments.
• Oversee injury management and return-to-work programs.
• Provide WHS insights and reporting to senior leadership.
