You will partner with Leaders and Employees at all levels to develop and implement comprehensive WHS systems and programs that deliver practical, positive business outcomes and drive continuous improvement.

This stand-alone role requires the ability to influence, mentor, and provide hands-on support to sites nationally, with travel as part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate ownership of WHS responsibilities and strengthen WHS leadership and engagement across the organisation.
• Influence, mentor, and provide hands-on support to sites nationally.
• A degree of travel will be required.
