Levyl partners with a leading Australian FMCG business to appoint a Work Health & Safety Manager. You will own the WHS strategy and lead safety programs across multi-site manufacturing, warehousing and logistics to build a proactive safety culture.

You bring a strong WHS track record in FMCG with senior leadership experience and a Diploma in WHS or higher, plus ISO 45001 knowledge and NSW legislation navigation. This onsite role requires five days/week in NSW.

Qualifikationen

• Strong track record of WHS experience within FMCG or food manufacturing, at senior/management level.
• Experience developing WHS strategies and managing systems aligned to ISO 45001, plus NSW legislation navigation.

Aufgaben

• Developing and delivering a multi-site WHS strategy with measurable safety improvements.
• Leading implementation and continuous improvement of WHS management systems aligned to ISO 45001.
• Identifying, assessing and mitigating operational risks across manufacturing, warehousing and logistics.
• Leading incident investigations, workplace inspections and risk assessments with corrective actions.
• Overseeing injury management, workers' compensation and return-to-work programs.
• Providing WHS insights and recommendations to senior leaders for informed decisions.
• Leading WHS consultation and training to build leadership capability.

Diploma in Work Health & Safety or higher
