Job summary

Morson Edge Australia is seeking a WHS, Compliance & Site Support to join our Labour Hire team in Sydney. The role blends office coordination with on-site visits and safety inspections to keep the Labour Hire business running smoothly.

You will work closely with the Contract Team and WHS & Compliance Manager, supporting consultants across multiple functions and contributing to a broad skillset and career development in WHS qualifications.

Qualifications

• Current driver's licence is required.
• White Card CPCWHS1001 is required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills are essential.
• Strong organisation and administrative skills are essential.
• Reliable, proactive and confident following up with people.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site inspections on-site and virtually.
• Track safety compliance across sites and contracts.
• Raise and manage identified risks and hazards with senior management.
• Manage end-to-end compliance processes including onboarding new contractors.
• Engage with communications to all Contractors and manage new contract agreements.
