Job summary

MADEC Australia is seeking a Workplace Compliance Manager to lead safe, compliant workforce operations across regional Queensland. You will drive inspections, audits and risk assessments, partner with host employers and frontline teams, and promote consistent WHS standards across diverse sites.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will train and coach teams, maintain documentation, and support operational readiness while balancing safety, service delivery and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience conducting inspections, audits, risk assessments or compliance activities.
• Strong WHS knowledge and practical application across diverse environments.
• Ability to train, coach and provide operational guidance to teams.
