Job summary

THISBOWL is looking for a Mixer in Sydney to welcome guests with warmth, guide them through the menu, and craft wholesome bowls from scratch. You’ll be an ambassador of our values and help ensure every guest leaves delighted.

In this fast-paced role, you’ll work with fellow Mixers, restaurant supervisors, and the restaurant manager to deliver an exceptional customer experience while upholding high standards of food safety and hygiene. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Experience in food, restaurants, or customer experience is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make wholesome bowls from scratch.
• Deliver superior customer service, to every customer, every time.
• Operate a POS to complete customer transactions.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu.
• Maintain food quality, daily food safety, and sanitation.
• Contribute to an excellent work culture.
