Responsibilities

• Learn and maintain knowledge of our changing menu.
• Make wholesome salads from scratch.
• Ensure all food meets food safety and quality standards, eliminating cross-contamination.
• Maintain knowledge of allergen information and demonstrate proper food handling.
• Maintain clean and organised kitchen area.
• Operate POS register to complete customer transactions.
• Greet guests, guide the customers and resolve any guest issues.
• Maintain a safe and supportive environment for you and your team.
