Job summary

Ignite on the Gold Coast is seeking a Wholesale Coordinator to support the Wholesale Leader in driving revenue across ITG channels. You’ll work with wholesale clients, frontline sales teams and internal stakeholders to boost engagement, capability, and performance, delivering training and resolving issues.

This role offers visibility, opportunities to streamline onboarding, forecast sales, and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Experience building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience delivering training to sales teams.
• Ability to analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, including Area Leaders, Team Leaders, and frontline selling staff.
• Provide day-to-day support to wholesale agents, helping them achieve sales and service outcomes.
• Deliver engaging online and face-to-face training programs across ITG product categories.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights to support business planning and decision-making.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve customer and agent issues while maintaining service standards and response timeframes.
• Monitor wholesale processes and recommend improvements that enhance the client and agent experience.
• Own and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new agents, including systems setup and access requirements.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment where all Flighties feel welcomed, respected, and supported to thrive.
