Job summary

Flight Centre Travel Group is seeking a Travel Wholesale Coordinator for our Broadbeach, QLD office. You will support the Wholesale Leader to drive engagement, capability, and commercial performance across multiple channels, working with wholesale clients and frontline sales teams.

You will deliver online and in-person training on ITG product categories, prepare forecasts and insights, and help onboard new agents while maintaining high service standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of ITG product verticals including Escapes, Cruise, and Touring.
• Strong knowledge of ITG business systems, particularly HQ, Explorer, and Travel Tek.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Experience delivering training and supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with wholesale clients, including Area Leaders, Team Leaders, and frontline selling staff.
• Provide day-to-day support to wholesale agents to help them achieve sales and service outcomes.
• Deliver online and face-to-face training across ITG product categories.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance insights for planning and decision-making.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to resolve issues while maintaining service standards and response times.
• Monitor wholesale processes and recommend improvements to enhance client and agent experience.
• Own end-to-end onboarding for new agents, including systems setup and access requirements.
• Contribute to a safe, inclusive, and accessible work environment.

As a TravelWholesale Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the Wholesale Leader to achieve revenue goals across multiple business channels. This is a dynamic and highly visible role where you'll work closely with wholesale clients, frontline sales teams, and internal stakeholders to drive engagement, capability, and commercial performance. A day in the life:

Who you are:

• Strong analytical capability, with the ability to identify trends, insights, and opportunities from data.
• Experience delivering training and supporting sales teams in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
