Trident Services Australia is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Security Officer to join our team at Westfield Southland. This role offers a stable roster and the opportunity to contribute to a safe, welcoming retail environment with a strong emphasis on customer service.

You will patrol, respond to emergencies, report incidents, and support centre operations while maintaining professional presentation and calm under pressure. Training and uniform are provided.

Qualifications

• Must hold VIC Private Security Operator Licence (Security Guard).
• Must hold Crowd Controller and Monitoring endorsements.
• Must have valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Excellent communication and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work a set full-time roster (night shift).

Responsibilities

• Delivering exceptional front-line customer service with a professional and approachable attitude.
• Responding promptly and professionally to medical emergencies and other security situations.
• Conducting patrols and monitoring centre activity to identify safety risks.
• Reporting hazards, incidents, and suspicious behaviour.
• Supporting centre operations through crowd management and de-escalation.
• Assisting with emergency procedures, alarms, and evacuation protocols.
• Maintaining accurate incident reports and ensuring compliance with site procedures.
