SOMA by Lorna Jane invites a casual, hands-on Retreat & Spa Coordinator to help orchestrate a restorative guest experience in Byron Bay hinterland. You will host guests, coordinate the retreat program, and ensure spaces and treatments run smoothly with warmth and discretion.

The role requires you to manage spa reception, bookings, and therapist coordination, while supporting facilitators and assisting with massage or wellness activities where qualified.

Qualifications

• Guest-oriented and discreet guest care is essential.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and communicate clearly.
• Strong teamwork and attention to detail in a retreat and spa setting.

Responsibilities

• Host retreat guests with warmth and discretion.
• Be the guest's point of contact throughout the retreat program.
• Set up, present and reset program spaces (dome, fire pit, outdoor settings).
• Prepare treatment rooms and support facilitators.
• Manage spa reception, bookings and therapist coordination for guests and day visitors.
• Perform or coordinate massage and wellness treatments where qualified.
• Look after the spa retail shop (presentation, stock, sales support).
