Job summary

Lite n' Easy’s Sydney Contact Centre is hiring a full-time Contact Centre Consultant at Eastern Creek. You will handle inbound (and some outbound) calls delivering top customer service, update records, and aim to meet KPIs while promoting healthy meals. Training sessions run for four weeks with a roster tailored to business needs.

Applicants should have customer service experience, a passion for wellness, and strong communication. CRM use and MS Office familiarity are helpful.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience from hospitality, healthcare, fitness, aged care, social work or office-based roles (call centre experience highly regarded).
• A passion for health, fitness, wellness or nutrition or just making a difference in people's lives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A warm, empathetic and patient approach.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and systems (CRM experience is a bonus).
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and occasional outbound calls to deliver excellent customer service to both existing and new customers.
• Consistently meet key performance targets including call quality and compliance.
• Provide accurate product information and update customer records efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints with care and efficiency, focusing on continuous improvement.
• Adapt and learn continuously to enhance personal and team skills.
