Lite n' Easy’s Sydney Contact Centre is hiring a full-time Contact Centre Consultant at Eastern Creek. You will handle inbound (and some outbound) calls delivering top customer service, update records, and aim to meet KPIs while promoting healthy meals. Training sessions run for four weeks with a roster tailored to business needs.

Applicants should have customer service experience, a passion for wellness, and strong communication. CRM use and MS Office familiarity are helpful.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience from hospitality, healthcare, fitness, aged care, social work or office-based roles (call centre experience highly regarded).
• A passion for health, fitness, wellness or nutrition or just making a difference in people's lives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A warm, empathetic and patient approach.
• Confident using Microsoft Office and systems (CRM experience is a bonus).
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently meet key performance targets including call quality and compliance.

If you love delivering great service, join us as a Contact Centre Consultant in a FULL-TIME role.

As part of the recruitment process, shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an assessment centre on 5 & 12 October (starting at 9:30am, up to 1.5 hours)

Training & AvailabilityTo succeed in this role, you'll need full-time availability for your first 4 weeks of training:

• Weeks 1 - 2 (System & Product Training): 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday
• Weeks 3 - 4 (Consolidation & Nesting Support): 10:00am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday

After that, you'll move onto a roster that suits your preferences.

Successful candidates will also attend a 1hr pre-employment medical assessment on 14 or 21 October.

• Location: 1 Grevillea Street, Eastern Creek - industrial precinct (limited public transport in the area - you'll need your own transport)

About the role:

• The Sydney Contact Centre operates between 8:00am to 8:00pm, Monday to Friday including public holidays except Christmas Day, with core hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm for this intake. As a full-time consultant, you'll be rostered according to our business requirements across our operational hours on a preference-based roster. Rosters are released 6 weeks in advance. Ability to work some public holidays (but not all).
