Mercy Health is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to join our caring team across Mercy Place Keon Park (Reservoir) and Mercy Place Templestowe. In this casual role you will support wellbeing activities, assist with program delivery and document resident progress in line with lifestyle plans and accreditation standards.

You’ll bring compassion, strong time management and excellent communication, with memory support experience preferred and a police check plus Cert IV in Leisure & Lifestyle required

Formación

• Police check current or in progress.
• Cert IV in Leisure & Lifestyle required or in progress.
• Experience with memory support unit preferred.
• Ability to deliver resident-centred care with compassion.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning and delivering wellbeing activities for residents.
• Support the Lifestyle Coordinator with program planning and orientation of new team members.
• Work with residents individually in line with lifestyle plans and document progress.
• Ensure programs meet residents’ needs and accreditation standards.
• Engage residents in meaningful activities and encourage community involvement.
