Mercy Health Australia is seeking a Lifestyle Assistant to join our caring team at Mercy Place Keon Park (Reservoir) and Mercy Place Templestowe. You will help plan and run wellbeing activities, work across sites, and support staff with program delivery and resident engagement.

You’ll contribute to delivering person-centered activities, documenting progress, and meeting accreditation standards while supporting residents’ cognitive, social and spiritual needs.

Qualifikationen

• Current police check.
• Cert IV in Leisure & Lifestyle.

Aufgaben

• Plan and implement wellbeing activities for residents.
• Assist with delivery of recreational and social programs.
• Support the Lifestyle Coordinator with program planning and staff orientation.
• Work with residents individually per lifestyle plans and document progress.
