Job summary

Rockmount is recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing business in Newcastle for a Boilermaker to join them on a 3-month contract. Work will involve fabrication and installation on site, set-out for fabrication jobs, drilling with a mag drill, and welding including magnetic particle testing, with a Labour Hire placement through Rockmount.

The role offers an immediate-start window in September, with ongoing work through Rockmount and a clear start and end date for the contract.

Qualifications

• Boilermaker/Welding trade qualification (or equivalent years of proven experience).
• White Card, Confined Spaces ticket, Working at Heights ticket or willingness to obtain.
• At least 1 year post-trade experience in the pump industry or exposure to pumps (advantage).
